The K3000-4700 was selected due to its superior accuracy and repeatability.

Machine features:

  • ability to precision plasma cut thin sheet right up to 65mm thick plate
  • drilling attachment, a six head 10HP servo turret, capable of drilling and tapping prior to cutting of profiles
  • large cutting bed allows for cutting of larger profiles
  • twin oxy-fuel cutting capabilities of up to and including 200mm thick plate
  • automated bevel cutting head ranging from 0-45° top and bottom with an unlimited 360° rotation
  • plate preparation - bevel cut to top and underside of profiles

We offer Multi-Torch Oxy-fuel cutting with our D.P.S Silhouette 1800G. Able to cut Mild and High Tensile Steel.

  • Gas cutting of material thickness ranges from 3mm to 200mm
